Which Sandals

I am looking into going to a Sandals resort for half of my honeymoon and somewhere more intimate for the other half. Which Sandals is nicer -Antigua or the 3 in St. Lucia?

St. Lucia would be much better than Antigua.

I am also in the midst of honeymoon planning. I am leaning towards Sandals Grande in St. Lucia. If anyone has any advice, please post!

Although Antigua is okay, I think you would enjoy St Lucia more for a honeymoon.

my husband and i spent our honeymoon in St. Lucia at the Sandals Regency. It was spectacular. St. Lucia is a really beautiful island with so many things to see and do we had a great time. The staff at Sandals are friendly and helpful. The food always came out like a work of art and tasted great. The new Sandals Grande is on its own peninsula which wasnt open when we went but every room has an ocean view and it had more restaurants then any other sandals on st. lucia. stay away from the all exclusives, they suck. you saty in a hotel room the size of a closet and you never get to do anything b/c you're worried about staying at the establishment and taking advantage of all of the "free" stuff that you've already paid for. instead of staying at an all inclusive, get a mind for yourself and rent a villa with access to a nice beach that won't have hordes of people on it. for your honeymoon you should spend time together, not at an all inclusive with 2000 annoying tourists.

the person who said the all inclusives blow is right! Go somewhere where you will be alone and your husband can bang you from the rear and blow huge loads all over you without anyone watching or hearing. trust me.

I would suggest any of the Sandals resorts in St. Lucia for a honeymoon.
We stayed at the Regency and loved it.
A trip to the rainforest a must!

My husband and I went to St. Lucia and stayed at Sandals Halcyon. I highly recommend it, because it's the smallest of the three Sandals resorts on St. Lucia and as a result is a much more intimate setting. It's beautifully landscaped and has a much more private feel than the other larger resorts. Of course, you can go to the Regency and the Grande whenever you want to, with the shuttle system that Sandals provides; Halcyon is also just outside of Castries, which makes excursions a snap if you feel like going off resort for an adventure. I would HIGHLY recommend the Halcyon -- it's a jewel, and I think that it is often overlooked because of the flash and drama of the Grande and the Regency. We loved it and are already planning to stay there again!
