Gringo Mike sounds like a good guy on the surface, but I would not recommend him to anyone. He lied on his website for starters: he is NOT "steps" from the beach but instead over a half a mile from the beach. We did not receive the cabina promised and paid for; instead we were shown a hotel room adjacent to his living quarters which proved to be quite noisy every night. I didn't have a hot shower the entire week we were there. We even went so far as to fulfill his Wal-Mart shopping list; he never even said thank you for the trouble of hauling half a gallon of barbecue sauce down to his place. This guy is a coke-head and alcoholic and he took advantage of us as new travelers. Steer clear of this guy; he has no business in the hospitality business anyplace in the world. I rue the day I ever talked to this guy. If I knew how to hack web sites, I would hack his first off. He cares about no one but himself.
