I am planning a cruise trip to the Southern Caribbean in July. I found the Royal Caribbean offers 7-day package depart from San Juan, Aruba, Curacao, St.Maarten, St.Thomas, San Juan. Is there a way that I can find another single woman who want to share the berth?

I felt perfectly safe travelling alone on a Royal Caribbean cruise that visited Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Curacao, Cozumel, Aruba and Key West. Shopping was walking distance or a short cab ride at all ports, from Cozumel I took the ferry over to Playa Del Carmen, joined groups going to the turtle farm at Grand Cayman and Dunns River Falls in Jamaica, and went diving in Aruba and Curacao. Most of the time in port is during daylight - and the number cruise ship passengers guarantees you will never have to worry about being the only tourist in town. Some cruise lines will try to match single travellers wishing to share a cabin if you're willing to take a chance on being compatible. Royal Caribbean also had a get-together for singles one of the first nights on the ship, and going on the shore excursions also provides a way to see the sights as part of a group. I would go alone again anytime !
