I am making reservations at El Conquistador in Puerto Rico. They offer several different locations within the hotel. Any suggestions as which to choose? Also, what is the situation as far as topless sunbathing? Legal? Tolerated? Finally, are there many children running around?We are looking for a quiet adult atmosphere.
