I don't even know where to begin...
This is Billed as an “All Inclusive Resort”
Rooms have safes in the room: There are no LOCKS in the safe ($25.00 fee for the lock)
Restaurants require reservations and are limited in the amount of patrons they are able to accommodate so unless you get your name in early you will eat at the buffet. You are limited to 3 reservations so if you are there for 5-7 days you are out of luck.
All food in the complex is marginal to poor with the exception of the restaurant in the Royal Club or the Lobster House but the Royal Club requires that you are a Royal Club member and the Lobster House is not part of the “All Inclusive”.
When we looked into upgrading to “Royal Club” Status we were given 3 different prices from three different individuals.
When we went to get beach towels (that must be checked out with a room key card and will cost you another $20.00 if not returned) they were out…
On our last full day we were unable to get any frozen drinks due to problems with water.
Hot water in the shower is also very hit or miss.
There was a problem with bugs in the rooms.
Without hesitation I can say this was one of the most challenging and disappointing experiences I have ever had.
