I never thought we would enjoy Nassau with busy Cable Beach, behemoth Atlantis, and busy downtown Nassau, but we just came back from a quick trip and discovered the peaceful, laid-back, "other side" of Nassau. We stayed at A Stone's Throw Away on the western part of the island and it was wonderful. It's a B&B and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was wonderful and made our stay so enjoyable! If you're looking for an alternative place to the usual high rise hotels, we would recommend this place. :!:
