Best party place to stay?

Where is the best place to stay that always has a party going on with steel drum bands, beach parties, lots of drinks, and water sports? Any suggestions or advise?

Trinidad is the home of steel bands. There are several smaller festivals and lots of places to dance and party to the sounds, all culminating in the biggest Caribbean party of the year at Mardi Gras there. Plenty of rum and the home of my favorite...Carib Beer!
