Ambergris Caye, Belize

Anyone have any suggestions about where to stay on Ambergris Caye?

The Phoenix resort is a new condo-hotel on the island that is really beautiful! It is close to town so you have easy access to all the restaurants, but you can also stay in and cook in the fully-equipped kitchen. The main pool is perfect for reading/relaxing and there is a lap pool when you feel like exercising. I especially appreciated the helpful staff who took care of everything from transfers from/to the airport to recommendations on restaurants and activities. If you have a chance, definitely visit the Blue Water Grill restaurant. One of our favorites during our stay.
