Cancellation Insurance

I am heading to Jamaica in late Feb. Can anyone recommend a reputable cancellation insurance company to use?

Other tips about this insurance you might want to throw out?

I noticed when searching for this type of insurance, it is usually bundled with all kinds of medical coverage. Is this needed?

Can you purchase insurance for just the cost of the trip?

I usually use TravelGuard. I once had to cancel a trip and had no problem getting my money back as promised. TravelGuard has several packages so you can kind of get only what you need. It's pretty inexpensive so it's worth the piece of mind.

I always encourage people to get trip insurance, especially on an expensive trip. You always think you don't need it but are glad to have it when you do (or sorry when you don't).
