Thought, as a new member, readers may be interested in our website with regard to both looking for property and investing overseas. Writing from the lovely Turks and Caicos Islands, a British Dominion Territory, there are many wonderful opportunities to both invest and enjoy a superb holiday and lifestyle. If you check out our site by "googling" caribbeanhomerfinder, we pop up on the search engines very well - dominating the first page. There you will find loads of photos and properties, a great range to suit all pockets and a safe haven for investment. NO TAX ! - a great start. It really is this good!
In these uncertain times, property is even more desirable as a safe haven, and for those that seek alternatives, the Turks and Caicos Islands is just the ticket. Only 3 and a bit hours from New York, only an hour or so from Miami, the sun, sea and sand never goes away. We are based in an office in the lovely Coral Gardens resort, which is on this site, and many visitors return year after year and really wish they had invested....
Do check out our site and let me know any comments - always welcome,.... for those that are seeking to re-locate (we are greyhairs ourselves - used to be in education but we are alright now!) check out the Press Articles link and see what we have written about. It CAN be done, and it is really worth the effort..

Right now, land and property is down everywhere in the Caribbean just as in the states. That doesn't mean it's being given away, just not as high as usual. People in need of cash will bargain to sell and then you reap the investment in several years. It will come back. If not, then you have a piece of land to pitch a tent on when the flag goes up and the revolution starts on the mainland.

or the Dominican Republic. My dream is to retire to the Caribbean. I was reading online that Antigua needs a library... I'll bring all my books when I move there and donate them. Oh to be rich...
