If anyone is looking for a great hotel while staying in Belize, seriously consider The Phoenix. My husband and I recently stayed there and had the most wonderful vacation! The property is spectacular with a beautiful pool area surrounded by lush tropical plants and flowers. Our condo was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the views of the water from our veranda were breathtaking.
The resort was ideal for relaxing by the pool but also having access to all the restaurants and shops in town. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in planning excursions as well as providing restaurant recommendations. All-in-all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to The Phoenix soon!
