Help with Aruba Dining and Fun

We are heading to Aruba for Easter week (6 days), staying at the Divi Dutch Village, first time to Aruba. (short trip, good package, last family vacation before oldest goes off to college in the fall)

Any suggestions for good places to eat (at a reasonable budget) and things we should definitely see or do while we're there?

We generally like to get out and about, but after a cold winter in Connecticut we'll definitely be doing the beaches and pools first!
