Nassau Beach Hotel

Has anyone stayed at the Nassau Beach Hotel? If you have can you comment on it. Also is it Kid freindly?

Hi,

Yes, I've stayed at Nassau Beach and I love it. I am a travel writer, and I have visited the Bahamas about 10 times. I especially enjoy Nassau Beach because it is on Cable Beach, not crowded and pricy Paradise Island, but you can just hop the number 10 bus and be "downtown" on Bay Street in 15 minutes. It's cozy and more personal than the big, cold hotels next door to it. It's kid friendly--check and see if they have special programs for children. Kids wil absolutely love the colorful Johnny Canoe restaurant onsite, which has good food at reasonable prices. There are also other restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy!

We stayed their a few years back and loved it. Nice beach, not as touristy as many others. Very quaint, clean. Would stay there again.
