My family lives in St. Croix where we have owned a 70 acre treefarm since 1956 which grows Mahogany. We were written up in the National Geographic that same year. We are looking to set up a smokehouse with partners to smoke fish in season and Bonaire Solar Sea Salt through out the year. This salt will be flavored with a blend of selected tropical hardwood primarily our own family's Caribbean grown Mahogany, with Genip and Leucaena.
