Try reviewing the message board at: http://www.usvi-on-line.com/usviforum.html
Look in the User Review section under St. John Hotels. Tons of reviews of individual villas and the hotel options. My reviews are in 2002 and 2001 for St. John. There are plenty of villas that will meet your needs.

Try St John's South Shore Villa www.stjohnrental.com Located within the US Virgin Island's National Park boundaries and perched high a top a mountain overlooking the azure waters of the Caribbean, the South Shore Villa is the ultimate in private luxury vacation living.

An architectural masterpiece designed by renowned St John island architect Michael Milne of Barefoot Architect, Inc. and constructed of natural materials by the respected construction firm Creative Builders.

The South Shore Villa is centrally air-conditioned and features four well-appointed bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), a luxurious custom kitchen with restaurant quality stainless steel appliances, a dining room, and a large living room all with panoramic views of the ocean. The villa also features beautiful handmade furniture, art, and high-end electronics (including high definition LCD flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and a premium sound system).

Of additional interest is the spectacular infinity edge swimming pool with fountains, a large travertine patio, covered veranda, and a stainless steel barbeque for entertaining.

The island of St John and the South Shore Villa is a magical place where you can enjoy your days sitting around the pool, snorkeling at the beach, or hiking in the National Park and your nights viewing the stars while surrounded by the fragrances of jasmine and orchids.

This past April, I stayed at a villa called Bonville View. I found it on cyberrentals.com. It was very nice, two bedroom, pool, hot tub, and very private! We paid $1500.00 for the week, which is very reasonable. Check it out! I posted a review on trip advisor with pictures if you would like to view them!
