Barbados help please

I am taking a short trip to Barbados and want to stay in an economical, quiet and clean place in the St. Lawrence Gap area. Any ideas?

I highly recomend the ROSTREVOR HOTEL APT.
It is right dab on the gap. quiet, clean, with or without aircon. Safety deposit box in room. daily maid service.
Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet little private beach, tamirind bar (Joyce, the bartender is lovely. witthy,and fun to be around.)

I will be staying there from the end of july to mid of august '06.
