Am looking for an objective review of the Horned Dorset, Ricon Puerto Rico. Has anyone been there? Is there a good beach?

I've visited the Horned Dorset in Rincón, PR. It's a VERY quiet resort which doesn't allow children. There are no phones or TV in the rooms. The beach right in front of the resort is so so but there are miles of excellent beaches very close by. It is very expensive and the food is to die for.
